Haven't been here since they revamped the place. Wow, they really went all out. There's still a few aspects that reminds me of... the pub on Laurier street, but it's huge, and with a terrace just as big. Great looking barrel room next to the take outstore/gift shop. The beers are still world class, and with something for every palate. We had a bite to eat, the poutine wasgood. Excellent service from a hard working waitress, because she was covering a huge section like a champ. Simply the bestbrewpub in the country, and arguably one of the best in the world. Read more

The pub is a decent place. I liked 'La Chaman' beer on tap a lot. But when I drank this same beer later on in cans, it was not... as good, not at all. What did they do wrong ? The other thing I've noted about DdC is that they are, because of popularity, outof touch with their customers. Can I say arrogant ? Maybe. They certainly do not respond to constructive criticism. The waitress is nice and helpful. Burger is very good. I didnt like this beer alot but its ok. Will try another one next... time. There are alot of parking and you have to pay for that. Recommened! Read more
