Second time here. Restaurant is clean. Staff are nice. First time we ordered 6/piece chicken and it?s ok. This time we ordered 2... chicken sandwiches. They are terrible. The buns are ok. The chicken is small and dried up. They are really tough to eat or toswallow. Even with sauce We can finish them. We have to throw them out. I?m not sure if we will give this place another chance. I ordered online from this restaurant and they never delivered. tried to call them several times during the evening to find out... what was happening with my order and never got an answer. line would hang up on me. furthermore they had the nerve to charge mycredit card 3 days later. just filed a complaint with my credit card carrier to stop payment. Finally a KFC thats worth going to. Lately I have been disappointed with all the KFCs around Laval/Montreal, but this KFC... surpasses every one out there. The service was exceptionally fast (compared to the other ones), polite and respectful. Waited atotal of 10min in line at 6pm with probably 5~7 people in front of me. Also, the food was very tender and delicious. From herenow on, I will be returning only to this KFC (St-Jerome), its worth the detour. Thank you KFC St-Jerome, I missed having a goodKFC supper. The staff work really hard and their efforts show. During probably the busiest day, Cyber Monday, the drive-thru was smooth and... only had to wait a few minutes for my order. Corporate should do something for this branch as they deserve such a loyalclientele. Read more
