I've never had worse McDonalds servicing in my life. First, two out of four self-ordering terminals were out of service, so had... to wait in line only to place my order (at one of the remaining two). Placed a quick order of 2 small fries, two donuts and 2hot drinks and had to wait 30 minutes! And probably would have waited even more if not started complaining as they somehow lostmy order in the flow. I asked several times where was my order after it disappeared from the monitor above the counter (approx.10 minutes after placing). They kept telling me that it would come shortly. But it turned out no one was taking care of it.After 30 minutes when both me and my family members (who had waited in the parking outside) lost our patience I started tocomplain calling the staff at the counter and asking for a supervisor. They took my receipt and started to search for the orderin the system. Only then someone finally started to quickly prepare it. But when the guy brought it to me I didn't even hear a'sorry' or 'we apologize for the delay'. After such a terrible service and attitude we didn't really have any food appetite. Read more

Ordered 3 trios, all our drinks were warm and the McFlurries melted in under 5 minutes. Half the menu wasn't even available... because everything was out of stock. Read more

Worst experience ever, Takes one hour in the line in the drive-thru as no employees to be seen. Worst costumer service ever.... Waiting at the window for quite a while as well. They are taking orders so slow. Never come to this place. Worst McDonald'sfranchise. The physical appearance is nice. But the rest complete garbage. I recommend to go somewhere else nearby. Very bad experience overall. Lots of employees, however, all food is cold and not prepared good, coffee, fries, burger. Fries... quantity half normal. Read more

The worst experience ever. No employees or there are employees they just have No Idea what they are doing! Saturday morning... and one cashier taking orders and she was so slow! People were giving up and leaving!!And they messed up my order after waiting for 30 minutes!!! The worst experience!!!! I thought it was supposed to be Fast Food! Read more

This location is really convenient being on the autoroute 15. However, the over quality of experience is pretty hit and miss. I... paid by credit card at the kiosk and it turns out the kiosk was out of printer paper. So I got no receipt, and we had to go askat the counter about our order. Even then, it was an issue because of covid restrictions. As We got to the car and looked at thelarge fries we realized the carton was only 2/3 full. To add insult to injury they were soggy and oversalted. Do yourself afavor, order your fries without salt. Then add your own... At least that way you get them fresh! Read more

Great prices great choice great meeting places. Only 1 Coffee deal and questionable as coffee is $1 anyway. So having said that,... there is no deals for Seniors, a loyal client base! Hear me Marketing Dept.? Still good deals. Read more
