Food was good. Our waitress was very nice. Her service was excellent. The manager on the other hand was very arrogant. Hoshi Sushi is always a safe bet! I often eat at this "all you can eat" sushi restaurant and it is always great. It's... affordable, i always eat more than my money's worth, its "bring your own wine", the food is always fresh and delicious, theservice is always quick, kind and courteous, and the atmosphere is relaxing and convivial. Our family of 6 came for lunch at 2 pm. and we were told that the kitchen would close in 15 minutes. We made our order. In 5... minutes a waiter came and said we ordered too much and if we don?t finish our meal they?ll charge us $80. We still wanted toorder, but he insisted that we would be charged extra. My wife ordered, they never prepared the order. Made her wait 40 minutes for the order. Offered no excuses, had attitude and no... compensation for their error. We are never going back there again. So many other better sushi restaurant without the attitude. Read more
It's rare to find a restaurant in St-Jerome as good as this place. The place has a dark romantic atmosphere with comfortable... seats and clean tables. To order, we're given electronic tablets which included languages such as French, English and evenChinese, and the order is sent directly to the kitchen. The food comes REALLY fast to the point that you might feel a littlerushed to eat the overwhelming amount of delicious food coming in. I was quite surprised how good there All you can eat sushi are, even during the lunch hours. Friendly staff that helps you how... to order from tablet. Just wish they explain better how there drink service works better. It tasted good and fresh and theresoup tasted good not watered down like many all you eat places. There chicken teriyaki I was unlucky my pieces was dry. The onlything I don?t recommend is there egg rolls. It was the saddest rolls I ever saw. It tasted like a cheap frozen brand of eggrolls. In these difficult times, we found this Asian restaurant in a shopping mall. Oh what a pleasant surprise, Great food, excellent... service and special way to order. You order on a tablet whatever is on the menu. As soon as you confirm the food arrives. Thetempura shrimps and calamari were just lightly battered. The sauces were tasty and not too spicy.
