We order take out here very often and we order a good amount which costs around 100$+ each time. Sushi is good but service is... terrible. They messed up some of the items at times, like we asked for Sashimi and they gave us Sushi. What gets me is thepeople who work there (seems like the owner) they aren't very friendly, no smile, but rather a grumpy face. And this happenedmultiple times. Price vs quality is always amazing! I placed a phone order and the service was so fast. My first pick when it comes to sushi!
The sushi is always good , the service is always less then what you expect , but tonight really took the cake . I pre ordered... our sushi and I paid in advanced . My husband went in and walked out balancing several boxes , sauces soups and rolls becauseyou guys refused to give him a bag . He was told that it was 60 cents and when he kept explaining that he didn?t have his walleton him because it was already paid all the staff did was continue to say to him that there?s no way that he would be able tocarry it all without a bag but wouldn?t help him . You guys have no problem fulfilling a 70$ order but can?t manage to find away to package it so that people can take it home ? Read more
Overall the sushi were very good. The taste was great and portions huge with good amount of fish! Only complaint is that few... pieces of the sushis fell apart when we picked them up with the chopsticks.. wished they would have stayed together as it gotmessy at times. Read more
Service with a smile?.NOT! Sushi?s fall apart easily. I don?t know if that means they are not fresh or not well wrapped?either... way it sucks. Had to wait 20mins for my order when clearly the avocado rolls were already done, they were slightly brown. Whenyou take a combo, it?s really not the same choices they give you?what?s the point of that? Mind as well take ?chefs choice? ifyou are going to give whatever you have already made. We ordered 150$ Worth of sushi. Everything tasted exactly the same! Also it?s as if I ordered a vegetarian platter because the... majority of the platter was cucumber and avocado sushi. Never again will I purchase from this sushi shop! Horrible. I?m sure ifyou ordered every item of sushi you wouldn?t be able to tell the difference from one to the next. Also the staff should get alittle bit more personality. If I?m coming in to pick up my sushi platter 150$ maybe a nice smile !? Mayb thank you for yourorder we hope you?ll enjoy it!?
