Utterly disgusted at the customer service, or should I say entirely a lack thereof. We ordered a platter of 100 sushi pieces... that was supposed to be delivered within the hour. When we called to OFFER to come pick up the order instead of having itdelivered, they said they can?t change the order status for some reason. So we had to continually wait for the order for > 2hours with the most rude and disrespectful employee on the other side. What was supposed to be a simple 100$+ order, turnedinto a 2+ hour wait and a horrible exchange with the restaurant. We will never order from here again. Read more

I must change my review. The food is still pretty good, but the service, ....just no service. Got there were 3 person working in... the front. After saying hi, one just asks me if I have an order, for what I say yes I do. She never care to ask my name. After 5mins, one of the other employees ask hers if she?s preparing my order, and the first girl just says that she?s busy. So finallythe second girl asks my name and gives me my order. Used to be good, but whenever I order on Uber Eats, the store takes over an hour to process a small order, and other times,... they're sold out of almost all combos. Although I love their poke bowls, Id rather have the service from other sushirestaurants, even if they're further. Read more

This is my families go-to spot for takeout sushi. Everything we?ve had on the menu has been great!The teriyaki bombs are a huge... hit, as well as the Philly maki rolls. We are so happy they are open during these time when a lot of places have closed.Grateful for Sushi Shop. Read more

The sushi was great, but the manager is terrible at customer service and rude beyond compare. Not sure if we will ever go there... again because of her attitude. We were 20 minutes early to pick up our order but went in to ask if by chance it was ready. Herresponse was of course not! After bypassing my boyfriend to serve the customer behind him. She was gone when I went back laterto pick up our food and the rest of the staff was great. Read more

I?ve been a loyal and recurring customer at Sushi Shop since the opening of their first Atwater location, but this shop makes me... wondering what kept me a client for so long. I?ve heard to avoid this restaurant on Chemin d?Oka many times but I still wantedto give them a try... And I?ve never been so disappointed in a service. I ordered a special meal for the first Father?s Day Icelebrated with my husband because he loves sushis. This order has been placed at 6PM and at 8PM I got a message saying that theorder was cancelled because they had no delivery service available anymore. We waited for 2 hours for our dinner to realize thatwe were not going to eat anymore. In search for a solution, I called them to discuss the options and on top of being rude, theytold me that I had to come directly to the restaurant to pick up my order and that my initial discount was not applicableanymore because they had too many orders. I sincerely understand that this was a busy day for them and that?s why I was flexiblebut seing that this is their standards in term of customer service is making me considering to go somewhere else for sushis. Itsaddens me to admit that this restaurant totally ruined our special occasion. Avoid this place. Read more
