What a disappointing experience. First, the order and pickup area was disorganized and confusing. The women before me ordered... and paid in front of the cash section, so I did the same to be told by the cashier that this place was only to pay, not toorder. So why did you allow other customer to order there then? Second, when I came in there was only the women in front of me,but then a big group came in AFTER me, and somehow they took the order from the group FIRST, even though they stand BEHINDme. Third, it?s pricey for what is it. More than 20$ for 2 lattes and 1 brownie. My matcha latte tasted like green coloredwater. The only good thing was the brownie. Read more

I love to talk and interact whit people but here nothing have a name, or a description, not even a price . There were many... tempting options, but I wasn?t sure what they were and I didn?t what to ask 1000 questions, ?what?s that, and that....? . I endup getting a round bread pudding, and a biscaff latte . The lady warmed it up for me but it was a bit dry and I think it neededmore sugar, or some raisins. The latte was nice and hot. Read more
