Worst experience. Manager named Alyssa doesn?t know how to do her job. Was rude. Didn?t say hi, how r u just stood there looking... at me. Very uncomfortable. Didn?t give me a receipt when there was a survey to get free cookies probably because she wanted tokeep them for herself. Later when more clients arrived she started counting her tips causing a huge line everyone waiting forher. My friend then went to get her sandwich and luckily got a different employee who happened to be super polite and nice. Shelet me try the chicken and was explaining me everything that I asked. I was pleasently surprised by their offering of the small chicken sandwich for 4$ plus tax! Great value and before entering the... place I imagined having to buy a minimum of a six inch sub. It's a great place for a quick bite thats not loaded with grease!Think I'll be back. Read more
Putting aside that most subways have bad quality food and generally expensive, this subway is just terrible. The staff try their... best but are always untrained or inexperienced, I noticed that employees come and leave quickly. Most of the times I go theresomething is broken. Maybe it's bad luck. So many problems with this Subway it seems that the owner just doesn?t care. One week they?re understaffed, the other week the... AC is broken, the week after that the oven is broken and the week after that the soda machine is empty. The most insultingthough is the lack of care from the staff : horrible service and the sandwichs are half empty or poorly wrapped most of thetime. Terrible service. Two young dudes who didn't even know how to roll my wrap was working. I guess they were never taught how to do... a wraps or sandwiches. Plus, when done he pretended to grill my wrap in the sandwich machine that was broken/turned off. In theend I got my wrap, not well done, cold as a stone !!! Read more
