?G?o?o?d? ?s?u?s?h?i? ?f?o?r? ?a? ?d?e?c?e?n?t? ?p?r?i?c?e? Edit: I've been going to this place for easily 15+ years without... issue. Recently, I go in person to order their new-ish combo called "Combo Quebec" (its existed for about 6 months) and theytell me the combo does not exist even though it would have been the 6th time I order that exact combo from that exactlocation. I then order that exact combo online from my car and go back inside to pick it up. Then they proceed to get angrystating that the combo does not exist and that they will not make it for me and that I need to cancel my order. I argue that thecombo does in fact exist and it was not the first time I ordered it from them. There is no where for me to cancel an order. Noton the website, not in the confirmation email. They could not figure it out either. Nor could they cancel it on their end. Afterabout 20 minutes wasted of them trying to cancel the order, they finally make the combo and I leave. Overall terrible customerservice. They should know whats on THEIR menu and not double down on the defensive when the combo clearly exists. Wont be goingback. Read more

Not helpful at all, acted like I was an inconvenience and not willing to make on demand if it was just for one person. I?m sure... the sushi might be great, but I left without tasting it. ???? Read more

???? For Uber Eaters ???? Foremost, there are images and descriptions for all menu items, which cannot be said for most... restaurants on Uber. What you see is really what you get as the presentation both in the menu and in real life is prettyaesthetic. Having never tried raw fish, the Nigiri Maguro was an experience to say the least, the Nigiri Inari was a hit and youcan't go wrong with any of the Hosomaki options (Akanasu & Tekka are pictured). It took about 45 minutes to prepare beforepickup, which I thought was decent assuming everything is made-to-order. Will definitely be back and would easily recommendSushi Shop to first-timers and sushi-addicts alike! ???? Read more

Fresh, healthy (depending on your choices), has a variety of meals on offer aside from just sushi. This particular location... could do with some more space but for take out is ideal: Close to Victoria bridge and the 116. Read more

I love sushi shop for its innovation. However the wait times at all locations is just crazy!! I feel like there is a lack of... organization. And if I order my meal via the app and have already paid, I dont feel like I should have to wait in line 10 plusminutes just to pick up. The whole point of ordering in advance is to avoid waiting..my recommendation is to have a seperatepick.up counter! Read more

It used to be great, I used to go all the time, but it changed drastically over the past months. Either you have to wait for... hours to get an order, either you get horrible service. The last time I went, the employees were talking very loud in Chinese, their conversation was way more important than serving me. I used to go once a week, everything was great, clean and fast. Thecashier took some sauces out, some had leaked so instead of giving me a good one, she went to rince the little cup of sauce withwater and gave it to me all wet, wet filthy mâ sauces, let's not talk about the filthy floors! I asked her politely and with asmile to change my dRippy dirty sauces and she say noooo they clean, I put water now while making Chinese jokes to her employes, were not in a nail salon here, it's rude and it's gross. When ordering sushi, you expect cleanliness. Lastly, it would be greatto serve customer in a decent English or French, because I don't care, I'll speak both, but at least speak one of them, or hirea cashier who speaks another language. Sadly, I'll never go again, unless there's a change of employees or owners. Read more
