This branch has the worst customer experience, the staff are all new and the manager of this staff is so rude and not... professional. I have paid for one small ice cream and they gave me a mini ice cream, when I asked why I am receiving this order, she told me you are wrong it is your order in a badd very very bad attitude, noting that I was right and I paid 9$ for onesmall ice-cream not mini. Moreover, I have ordered 2 browny bolls, I received these two bolls without cream and biscuit and in awrong boll. I am really disappointed, I am a loyal customer for years so it was a shock for me to receive this bad service andthis attitude!! It was not the mistake of the new staff because she was doing her best to serve me and learn , the problem waswith the staff that they are old and doing mistake and have this unprofessional attitude with the client. I stopped at this store during my walk by curiosity and good gracious did I not expect what I witnessed. I was welcomed in a... matter of seconds by an employee who gave me a quick tour of all their product. They really know their stuff because I not onlylearned fun facts about chocolates but also their ice cream and branch. The lady who served me was really kind and really helpedme pin point what would be the best gift according to my budget for my mother just in time for Valentine's Day. I'll definitelyrecommend this place to my friends and if you happen to visit the store I suggest you try their affogato, the ice cream meltingunder the espresso is delicious. Read more

Great place for a cone during the summer or winter. I like the dip flavor changes during the season. Lineups can be long at peak... times so get ready to wait. It is a little pricey for what you get, but it?s worth it with the amount of chocolate that iscovered. I?d would learn towards the smaller sizes, even a medium is excessive in size! Read more

We ordered different ice cream dipped with different flavors. Beside vanilla swirl, there were strawberry and raspberry flavors.... For the outside, we tried dark chocolate with nuts, milk chocolate with sprinkles and a rainbo flavor. For me, I should'veordered a mini cone. Been here a few times, I?m not impressed with its cleanliness, they have chocolate droppings outside on the pavement around... their terrasse. Inside, even worse, tables not cleaned, sticky... you would think cleaning up would be a priority, it doesn?tseem it is. Just hire some staff and clean up, their product is good but the tidiness leaves a lot to be desired. Read more

Very nice looking Ice creams that taste way too sweet. I don't know how people describes this chocolate as high quality. A... chocolate dipped ice cream for me has to be a nice cold soft serve cover in a thin layer of a crunchy chocolate. Here the icecream was not cold which I didn't feel refreshing after eating it. The chocolate was too thick and extremely sweet. I took amini and I couldn't finish it because I was dehydrated with all the sweetness. This place is overrated and overprice. If youwant to give it a try I recommand the baby size soft serve. Read more
