I love dominos pizza but this location is the Worst, I have never ordered from this location and the order was sent as ordered,... for many many times , I really hate to complain but when I call the location they argue, I wish if there?s a way in app to notorder from this location based on my location . Very friendly and fast. However, as I waited I noticed that hands weren't being washed as frequently as it should.

I never leave negative reviews about anything but I had to for this one because I was horrified by how I was treated. I just... ordered a pizza from Domino's Pizza Montreal on Marcel Laurin and just received the worst customer service I have ever receivedin life. Rude staff, litterally got my order wrong and then I called back because I was disappointed but also understand thathuman error is a thing. So I try to figure out how this could be fixed. I was called a liar and told that they weren?t going tohelp me cause they were too busy. Too busy after you have my HARD earned moneys and gave me something I don?t even want?? Andrefused to give me their names annnnddd hung up on me. I called back and they still gave me attitude and putting me on holdwithout warning. They then begrudgingly sent over another pizza after the third phone call. They can never get a cent from meagain. Throw the whole pizza with this dry dusty crust away. I have waited 30 min to get one medium veggie pizza and after i called the waiter to ask about it she simply brought it from the... shelf, it has been there ready this whole time and she didn?t even bother to check although she saw me waiting in front of herthe whole time. Only ordered at this location two or three times, but from my limited experience with this location; I find this to be a... superior Domino's compared to others I've ordered from. Inside it's a little run-down, not exactly new and shiny, but who getsfast-food style pizza for the decorum? It's a non factor for a place like this. Bonus (Domino's App): this applies to allDomino's locations.... When ordering from the Domino's app, there is a progress bar that shows when they get the order / prepthe order / in the oven / etc. So if it's for pick up you can time when to get there for when it's ready so you don't end upwaiting around if you arrive too soon. Or for delivery, you know when your order left the location and is on the way, so youknow how soon to expect it's arrival. Read more

Pizza is not at all made properly, and this is not the first time. Slices are very uneven with a very thin center. Some of the... slices barely have cheese or topping on them. I went to change the pizza, and apparently this is how it comes out if the cheesebubbles, and bursts - so no exchange. I did not have a good experience dealing with staff or eating this pizza. It is sosurprising to see a popular chain like dominos being run like this. Read more
