Food delicious - staff friendly - prices reasonable - what more can you want lol?

Ordered through UberEats again & had my first issue. I ordered a club sandwich without tomatoes nor mayo (too soggy when... delivery g add my own on arrival). I received without mayo, tomato or bacon. So in reality I got a chicken sandwich! Potatoeswere not cooked enough & were not soft in the middle. Very disappointed & potatoes ended up in the garbage. This is the second Grillades Torino I've visited. I'm a regular of the one at Champlain Mall in Brossard (since I live near that... area) and let me just say that the difference is quite noticeable. The portions are significantly smaller, the food is not asseasoned and the service is just not as warm. Definitely will not be going back there. Read more
