This is my first negative review. I used to go here often because of the Taco Bell. There used to be a dine in area and the... service used to be quick. Anyone that was familiar with this place would have not have recognized it at all today. First off,you aren't greeted upon entering. Second, the place looks pretty banged up with a big X on the Taco Bell menu. Third, maybe itis just me but there are a lot of people who still think that there is a Taco Bell mainly because the sign is (or was) still up.Fourth, they made multiple mistakes with an over the counter order which they should have checked correctly before handing itover. Especially when it is a specific order that consists of items from different combo's. A lot of thing's need to beaddressed in regards to the quality of their customer service as well as the appearance of the restaurant. It was overall adissapointing experience. Read more
Service is very slow even though the manager tried her best to run her shift with a smile. Also the appearance of cleaningness... was under question. I was with a friend who noticed that food was left uncovered and saw flies around the food. They really needto renovate this place. Read more
The place is old. They have no salad, only Cole slaw. No paper plates. Chicken pieces are awfully tiny like skin and bones. The... meat is dry. The gravy is like corn starch salt and water. This is the worst tasting KFC I?ve eve been to all my life. Theinside and outside of the restaurant are unattractive. Staff are friendly but they can?t do much with what that got. Avoid thisKFC. There were flies everywhere! The gravy was uncovered. I felt bad for the workers because of the heat. I couldn't eat my food... because I was too grossed out. Needs a good cleaning. I've worked in kitchens. Flys indicate a problem. Read more
This place got 1 star from me. I order for delivery 9 pieces of chicken with Fries and 1 side. They delivered with my side... missing I called them to inform but they just they tell me they don't have it. If I want something else I have to come and getit. Really? this is your fault and I have to come get it? And you can just call me beforehand to ask if I want something else. Read more
So for KFC in general i would like to say that every branch is the same, it?s kinda weird but they all have the same problems.... For example they all need more lighting this is for real and the hygiene of the place needs to be taking care off more. This place seems to be permanently closed. I made an order with the KFC app and when I went to pick it up, saw it was closed.... Guys, update Google maps and the app. What a disappointment! Called the general line and someone called John said that theywill refund me. Couldn?t take photo because driving and even the parking was blocked. Read more
