Always busy, even if it?s 12 pm or 2 pm. It takes forever to get your order. The machine didn?t print out my receipt and I tried... explaining it the employee but he wouldn't give it to me until a manger came, mind you it was extremely busy. This branch deserve 0 stars and its staff need proper retraining before being recruited to deal with customers & drivers. I had... two orders to pick and literally waited an hour via drive-through. They have abusive male staff at night shifts who literallyutter "Do I look like I care about your orders?", shout "you're lying" and then bark profanity at drivers picking up orders.Absolutely pathetic staff and experience. I come to this place almost every weekday before heading to work. This Mcdonalds has very slow service, which is okay,... considering the things some places today are facing employment shortages. Management is so rude at this McD, I waited 20 minutesfor Ice Coffee, & upon asking for my order, the supervisor who was handing out the order started showing me a bad attitudewhilst staring into my eyes? I get it people can become overwhelmed with work when its busy, but it was literally 20 minutes foran Ice coffee, which they forgot to make. I wasn?t upset at Ice Coffee order, but that supervisor was just plain rude and tryingto scare customers off for just asking for their order, which led to this review. Poorest Customer Service. Insane wait times here. Plenty of staff but food is coming out every 15 minutes, plus the food you receive is ice cold. Fries... were soggy and cold. The ice in the coke melted too. The only thing that was hot was the quarter pounder. It's insane becausethere weren't any cars in the drive through and when I got there, there were only like 4 people waiting. Soooooo slooooooowwwwww. The service here is the worst. Especially the drive through at night. We made a mobile order and had to... wait for almost half an hour. It was an order of two things and there were only three people in front of us (there was a smallgroup of teens WALKING in the drive through. Excuse me!?!
