Walked into the most unorganized Tim Hortons on a Saturday morning. Staff of 7 didn?t know if their items contain allergens.... Ordered bacon English muffin, medium double double and large biebs brew. They didn?t bill me properly, so someone came to meafter a couple minutes to re-do the billing. When all was said and done, I was given a sausage sandwich, small biebs brew and adouble double. Couldn?t screw up any more royally. Read more

One of the worst drive thru experiences. Their scanner didn't work, forcing me to go inside to get my order because I had a... promo code through the app. once inside, insisted I wait to re-place my order and then they tried to hand me the order I placedin the drive thru which was now cold. Once I asked them to remake it they refused unless it was cold. I took out one sandwichand felt it and took a bite of the second one and it was luke-warm, so I asked them to remake it. The woman full of attitudegoes to put the first sandwich on the grill. (after it was in my hands) and I told them even though I didn't take a bite out ofthat one, it was in my hands and they cant put it back on a grill. She ignored me and I had to shout for a manager to preventher from breaking a health code. Read more

They don't speak French or English well. The service is terrible and if you ask for a wrap, you get it wrong half the time. I... asked for a cilandro with grilled chicken and they gave me the normal wrap with crispy chicken. This happens 1 time out of 2. Ineed to verify each time. Read more
