You're getting old stufgs from yesterday's leftover. Look at the croissants.... And tell me they are fresh . They dont throw and... bake fresh everyday. I called the office. They tried to give me points or a free muffin for the inconvenience. But truly.Forget the service godd or bad at least what you're ordering should be fresh right? Good luck. I get coffee only. Most of the time there is a long lineup. I understand that being inside a shopping mall attract more customers but you have to... have to enough manpower to handle it. Also employees of this location seems they don?t care about the job, take their sweet timeto prepare an order and this is coming from a ex Tim Hortons employee. Read more

People, Do NOT GO HERe! Huge line-up, 2 inexperienced and visibly careless guys working who TAKE THEIR TIME in an exagerated... way. Comes my turn, I was there to get a soup - which IS on the menu at the top. He says we don't have. I ask if he hassandwiches then: NO (very dry reply too). I ask of that's always the case or just today they ran out? He gives me a dirty look,pauses and says: we don't have. I stood 30 mins in line with a screaming baby, waiting to feed him, and they have the audacityto speak to me so poorly as if I am even in the wrong for asking for food? WHY NOT PUT A NOTE?! How many people's time did theysquander so carelessly this way I wonder?! They could at least ask the OWNER OF THE BRANCH TO FIND A WAY TO NOTIFY PEOPLE toprevent useless line standing! Worst Tim Hortons out of all of them! After being a customer for nearly over 2 years and more. One of the employes at the... cashier brings me an iced cap not even filled to the top, then when telling him that it's not filled to the top he gives alecture saying that it has to be filled to the line on the cup. I included a photo how they filling the cups to that so calledline. That line is used for measuring, not filling up the cup to that line. Not one Tim Hortons I went to has this problem. Thenforgets to give me a straw, worst customer service. Read more
