It's okay, the pizza crust has gotten thinner. Poutine is pretty good but the sauce is lacking. Staff is great though!

First time visiting this restaurant. Did a fast take out order of a poutine (see picture). Lots of cheese and the sauce had... pepper in it. I can?t say anything about the wait staff as I didn?t dine in. I had a poutine craving and this hit the mark. I used to love this place. They usually make a very good quality pizza, fries, poutine, clubs, etc but the past few weeks... haven?t been good. I ordered take out . One week I realized after I came home (after waiting 30 minutes over the originalestimated time) to have very cold stale fries. Fine, they offered me free family fries for next time. Tonight, I ordered pizzaand fries for pick-up at 6pm and was told to pick up at 6:45pm. I showed up at 6:30pm to be sure. Waited until 7:05pm. Ipolitely asked the girl if my order was on its way. She told me yes. I finally get my. order at 7:20pm, got home in 5 minutes.Pizza, fries all cold. You make me wait for what exactly? Cold pizza? You see me waiting there while others were coming andgoing. I don?t mind waiting and I am quite understanding. Especially for Bravo because their food is awesome. They offered 15%discount? Really? Don?t waste people?s time , hire more staff and/ or train them better. If I am going to wait that long, Imight as well just prepare my own dinner. The pizza is delicious in my opinion. I see many negative reviews although I did not experience anything negative with them. I... ordered for take out, so no delivery problems. I did notice they are trying to hire a delivery driver lately (June 2022). Maybeopt for calling to order for take out rather than for delivery. Parking space shouldn't be a problem as there is lots of spaceto park. Read more

Bravo is.. Okay. The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired if you ask for delivery. Delivery times are... either very good or very bad, and they tend to make mistakes on orders. We were given the wrong order completely one time, andanother they forgot a salad we'd paid for. Dining in is the better option, and the waitresses were always very nice andfriendly. Read more
