St-lazare seriously needs a starbucks or a mcdonalds or new owners for this tim hortons location. The service is so unbelievably... slow. I recently waited 45 mins with 4 cars in front of me. Totally unacceptable. They seriously need help. Read more

It's always jampack, they never have anything, it's super slow, I've waited 25min at the drive-thru to get my order. I don't... like going there and rarely go at that tim. The customer service is better then it was for sure. Read more
Quite unimpressed The service here has been unusually slow (I frequent a few Tim Hortons on a regular basis) and the recent... purchase of two "mokaccinos" prompted me to write this review. Great neighbourhood Tim's and a good hangout for local teens. The free Wi-Fi works well but you need to accept the online terms... and conditions. This Tim's is on a compound shared with a large pharmacy and post office. Read more
Tim Hortons is really losing their touch. And this one is one of the worst. The food isn't great: the steak is chewy, feels like... plastic or a day old or reheated, I found egg shells in the breakfast sandwich. The lettuce was old and the ends were slimy,borderline past due. So I just took it out completely from my BLT. Also the bacon wasn't completely cooked, the fatty ends werebasically still white and cold. I also took bagels which didn't look or feel toasted AT ALL. This place needs a new managementor needs to be replaced by Starbucks or something. Never going back again. Read more
