The service for a 'fast' food restaurant is incredibly slow. There was 1 person Infront of me and from all accounts they ordered... a drink, wrap and muffin and it took 7+ minutes. 1 star rating might be harsh is this would not be an ongoing issue for over 1year and is often much worst, as in avoid at all cost in the morning rush unless you want to wait 20 minutes. How does a donut shop not have any donuts ?! Why can?t there be a baker there every day? Or 2 people making food at the same... time? I Get it your UNDERSTAFFED! we all are! Dirtiest Tims I ever been in . The grilled cheese sandwich at $6.50 wasnt even grilled.Coffee was good.

It took 20 minutes for them to prepare an iced coffee and iced capp. Customers ordering inside received very little... service. The main issue is lack of staff. There were only three workers in the front and the drive thru guy didn't seemed to betrained on anything other than taking orders. So there was only one person doing sandwiches and one person doing drinks. Read more
I'm not a complainer, especialy when it comes to fast food workers, but this place has the worst service ever. It took them 40... minutes to pass 4 cars at the drive thru. Everything was going wrong. When I got to the window, they didn't have the rightcoffee, so they had to go back, redo it. When they came back the lid wasn't put on right so the coffee spilled all over my carwhen I grabbed it. I went inside to request a different lid, and they didn't even bother looking at me. I just left my coffeethere and left. Employees are nice, but they have no idea what they're doing. Read more
I don't normally leave reviews but this location for Tim Hortons is the worst I've visited. EVER. There should be a -5... rating. 1. The locations was closed for walk in orders so everyone went through drive through. Countless individuals wales upto a closed door, peering through the windows. The drive through was incredibly slow. Looked like three guys in there who don'tknow what they are doing. I ordered a green tea latte with vanilla shot and chai latte with vanilla shot. They gave me twoactual lattes and then put tea bags in them.... OMG who does that. The drive thru was sooooo slow I couldn't even go back tohave them correct it. Just left and will toss these. Over 20 minutes the first time through. They clearly need some help andthe management needs to look into it. Read more
