If i could give 0 star i would .. I had to wait more than 50 min to my food to be delivered also when i called the restaurant,... they were unprofessional, the girl she didnt ask me my name to look up my order. She mentioned that they are so busy with theircustomers in the restaurant. I dont care if you serving lot of customers in the dine in , you need to treat all your customerssame way. They didnt even put a lid on top my coffee. I would never order from these guys again Dont recommend it. Read more

I showed up to pick up the order. Order was not started, I was told oh, you can cancel the order and I had to insist and wait 16... minutes past pickup time. A woman that works there offered me coffee out of empathy but I don't drink coffee. This is notprofessional especially given the fact another person who was picking up someone else's order, waited 20 minutes. These longwait times have negative impacts on us. Next time, I will unassign all allo mon coco orders. Read more

The food was nice but today after we eat, the waiter said to my friend that this is the second time you didnt pay me a tip, and... the way he explained it is not acceptable, also it happens to me in st.cathreine branch, so my question, is it manditory to paya tip in Allo Mon Coco branches all over Montreal?? I placed 2 Uber eats orders this morning. The reason for this is because the first order had 2 items missing. I contacted Uber... and I will be getting a refund. I then placed another order for the 2 missing items and added another item. The second orderwas missing an item again. I understand it can happen but for it to happen with back-to-back orders tells me someone isn?tdoing their job properly. This would not be acceptable if dining in and should not be acceptable with delivery. Read more

The food was good but we had Horrible service floor was dirty and never came to refill our coffe or water ( not once ). The... waiters didn?t clean a fork that was on the floor for 30 min and the restaurant was empty, it was towards the end around 3:00 pmbut i told the waiter about the fork on the floor and she just ignored me and gave me attitude. What I love about Allo mon Coco is the consistency!! Which ever succursale I go, the food is always delicious!!! The potatoes ... are the boom!!! The main course was okay however the inconsistencies are a little disappointing. Every time I travel to Montreal I have always... been coming to Allo Mon Coco, I've been getting the same dish for the most part. What I dont like is when I make a substitution,the price varies from one location to another. Ive been paying $1 extra for switching pancake to French toast. Except for thislocation changes me $2. When asked why our server Jennifer said its the system and that's how it is. Secondly, one of our mealscame with a dessert, (waffle with cream and chocolate on top). When it came it looked delicious, however it was far fromdelicious.. the waffle was burnt so badly. how did the chef even let it leave the kitchen??! Let alone serve it, this put abitter taste in our mouth. When our server came out we advised her of this and all she said was i'll let the chef know... youcan see how badly the waffle is burnt as I flipped it to show it to the server. I was a little taken back by the response, Ithought I'd hear some sort of an apology for the poor food quality. However that did not take place. I don't think I'll becoming back to this location. Poor customer service and poor food quality check prior to serving to customer. Respone to followup: Thank you for the response, I may have misunderstood her name, but I assure you its 100% this location as there was acloser location to us but it didn't have the best review so we chose to come to the futher location we dined here at sept 10that 11:45am. We decided to come to this location instead as the reviews were pleasent. But I really appreciate your response.
