Tottaly waste of time. took 2 hours to deliver my pizza. and pizza was totally garbage. ????????????????????????
Ordered Pizza at 6:20 PM on April 28, 2021 as part of an event that my daughter?s school was holding for a fundraiser of sorts.... Ordered through a website we were given. Confirmation that pizza would be delivered in 50-60 mins , which seemed long to beginwith but understood they must be busy. After 75 mins which is 15 mins over the maximum time we decided to call. The girl whoanswered the phone , who refused to give her name said that it would be 50 mins because they were very busy. I explained to herthat we were told 50-60 over 75 mins ago. Her response was ? Well do you wanna cancel the order or what ? ? I asked to speak tothe manager to which she responded that she was the manager. I again asked for her name , to which she said she didn?t need togive me her name. After a few minutes of back and forth, she proceeded to hang up on me. I WILL NEVER order from this locationat 9350 Lacordaire ever again ! Worst customer service I have seen in my life and I have seen some pretty bad ones. Read more

I ordered $50; worth of pizzas and Dominos cancelled the order?!?! I ordered 4 pizzas at 7:08pm today. At 8:10pm I called to... ask about my order and this is when the fun begins. The store rep that answered my call explained that my order was cancelled.The reason why? The order came from an address that was a first time order and Dominos had been experiencing fraud in thesecircumstances. So, my order was cancelled. I ask why I wasn?t notified about the cancellation. The answer was that the ?system?cancelled it without notifying the store nor me, the customer. This very unacceptable. I ordered a pizza online to be prepared at 6:50 pm i was there at 6:35 and paid. Then i figured out that they have forgotten to... prepare my order. I received my order with delay. By the way, the environment was a mess and no one had a hair net. Read more
Easy to order online and delivery is less than 30 minutes. They sometimes mess up the order but are more than willing to offer... it for free on my next order (the missing or messed up item) which I find very nice on their part. Best pizza place in my areaby far, and with the online coupons one of the cheapest too. Would recommend. Read more
