Terrible drive through service with abnormal waiting time. I was sitting in my car for 20 min on a Monday night and nothing was... moving. It wasn?t busy and the only reason there was a line up was because their slow service made it busy. After a 20 min wait,they finally pass one car. They keep erasing the orders tracking numbers from the screen. Something that is there to lets us track our order. I think they... do that so that the system thinks that they have a fast serving time. It is wrong to abuse that just to falsify the real time ittakes to be served. Might want to get rid of the 'open 24h'... last 5 times I went there past midnight, it was closed. On 1 occasion, there was a... cone blocking 1 of the 2 drive-through lanes so I took the other thinking that there might be something wrong with the otherintercom and was met by a "can't you see there's a cone? We're closed." Poor attitude from staff. Missing stuff in myorder. Open 24h sign when it clearly isn't the case. I expect better. Read more
Badly. I make an online order only a ice coffee. I did pay through online but the line up was long. I come to ask if they can... give me but they said No ( but I see my coffee is ready to pick up) I thought if you order online it means you will get fasterservice. And I saw they give the Uber service right away he doesn?t need to wait on line up. My wife daughter and I were surprised at how welcomed we were by fast food location coming from Ontario. All the employees were... kind especially one man in particular, who unfortunately we did not catch his name. He said that he had retired from his fulltime job to work at McDonald's in hospitality. He was very hospitable indeed, making conversation with all the guests and makingeveryone feel welcome and cared for. We hope that he is rewarded for the impact that he makes on the customer service at thislocation. Read more
