I think this is the worst MACD I've experienced in Canada. This location is the slowest and the burger is in pieces after put... together. I also noticed that the staff here clear the pending orders on the screen before they're served (probably to fool thecomputers into thinking they're being delivered sooner?) Read more

Like any other McDonald's. You can't expect 14-17 years old kids to do adults type of customer service. They have years of... learning curve ahead of them. Overall okay location. Dirty and unorganized. Got my kid a happy meal it was missing fries. Iselected to have a Pokémon toy, but got some random book. They said no toys available. Read more
This is the mcdo that I come the most since it's not far from my place, the staff usually is friendly,!! I can't say much about... the inside restaurant since the place inside tends to be a mess and the garbages full.... The car ramp to incorporate on Jarrystreet it's broken and if you have to slow down due to the traffic you will be shaken since it's so destroyed... 4 stars, I'llchange the rating if ever I go back and I find this place Inside clean... I put an order for 4 Earl Gray Teas and received 4 Pepper Mint Teas. The manager told me they are the same. It was crazy to keep... trying him to understand the difference. They changed it but at a very low speed action. Not recommending this branch forinaccuracy ... Read more
McDonalds qualifies as FAST food right? Then if you are in a rush THIS place is not where you want to go. I have tried it... multiple times given the close proximity to home but every time it gets worse. Today was a terrible experience. It took 20 minutes to receive the ice cream cone I requested. ridiculously absurd I complained... to the worker and I was shrugged off after explaining my situation to the employee and only then I asked a second time and onlyreceived my ice cream, five minutes after my second request, was my ice cream supplied. Service like this is completely absurd,speaking as a former McDonald's employee. Making an ice cream cone takes 20 seconds, not 20 or more minutes. It was a worker whowent by the name Annaloa or something similar. Read more
