The guy working at night dosent do job properly. They gave less quantity of flavors on puffs. THATS RIDICULOUS
Good location overall. Only call out is that when they get busy between walk-ins and delivery (Uber), they seem disoriented and... disorganized when it comes to serving customer in sequence. The team seemed like they were scrambling to get orders out so maybethe staff was just new. Read more
I've been to many Mr. Puffs and this store actually offers better ingredients and pays attention to detail more. I asked for my... hot chocolate toppings on the side and the staff carefully took the time to hand pick the toppings that weren't crumbled up.Here they actually offer full marshmallows unlike other stores. The puffs are fresh and good. Tip: ask for sauce on the side topreserve the crunchiness longer if you want to eat it at home. Read more
UberEat/Skip get priority over people waiting outside almost 20 mins. Yesterday, it took me 25 mins. Loved them at first. It's... better eaten fresh, warm. Often long wait outside in freezing weather, service very slow, not worth 7$ for 12 pieces of sweetfried dough balls. Read more
