Terrible service. Slow as all heck. I ordered online. It said my food will be ready in 30 minutes but they didn't start my order... until after I arrived. Had to wait there for another 30+ minutes. Don't waste your time. There are many other pizza places tochoose from. Edit: After I arrived home, I realised they also got my order wrong and didn't give me all the items I paid for. Read more
I'm a Pizza Hut die-hard fan and this is probably the worst one I have seen, including in other countries. I've finally learned... my lesson, never going to that one again, go to the one at the corner of Jean-Talon & Christophe-Colomb instead THEGOOD: Absolutely none that I can think of THE BAD: -Delivery takes forever, food will arrive cold, expect 1 hour to 1.5hour. -They NEVER cut the pizza correctly, so when you take a slice the pizza tears and all the ingredients fall over. -Theyforget ingredients or dipping sauces. -They don't answer the phone, you are put on hold and after 30 minutes it automaticallyhangs up, saying there is no more room on the line. THE UGLY: -Pan pizzas are ALWAYS overcooked, dried up, hard and flat.Ordered there 4-5 times over the span of over 2 years and it's always been like this. At the Pizza Hut corner of Jean-Talon &Christophe-Colomb, the pan pizzas are always fluffy and perfectly cooked, generous with cheese. Read more
Pizza are good, but the delivery is always late, minimum 20 minutes (max 2h late for my current pizza...), nobody answer you... when you call them. 0 star if it was possible! Read more
I would put a 0 if I could. First the size of the pizza doesn't match the actual size of the order. It is always one size... smaller although you pay for the larger one But what disgusted me the most is that I just found a bolt in the crust by chewingthe food !! Almost broke my tooth with it. I went to this place with my family, I will not mention that they did not let us eat inside just because I did not mention that... it was to eat there, so they asked me to leave and take my pizza, the place its like a freezer . the wings cold and tasteless,doubly terrible and tasteless pizza. the staff is bad, customer service is pretty bad Read more
Food was amazing had a great time with my wife and had excellent service. Will definitely recommend.
