Worse service, I placed my order and told them I would pick-up when I got to the door of the restaurant the delivery guy call... and said am at your front door, went back home, when I got home I explained that I was pick-up the order he called and theywhere trying to send the delivery guy back so I can drive again to get it. I think I ordered the worst pizza ever in my life .not enough cheese. A lot of bubbles and maybe 12 pepperoni for a large... pizza... and i paied 40$ for 2 pizza.. very disappointed Read more
Terrible experience, food items were not up to par with other quality pizza pizza locations. I do not recommend this... location. I used SkipTheDishes to order, their support chat was also useless to the situation. Avoid using both if you wanthappy evening. Read more
One of the worst places to order from, they never get anything straight, they dont respect the customer's indications whats... however, whether is on the phone or via uber eat. Ohhh almost forgot, evertime i place an order there's always a missing itemthat i pay for and never get, and in my book that is called "stealing people's money" "thieves" Im done with you !! Ok so the app is not that great but it's really useful to setting up your pizza and placing an order (when it works it wasn't... working today). The only chain I know if that has toasted red peppers - where had this topping been all my life?! Down side theyhave the sour Greek olives instead of the regular black olives - matter of taste like those better. All in all great pizza! Read more
While we usually order from here in store and get good service, we chose to order pick up from the online website. We put it the... order and it said that the order was accepted and being prepared and when it was ready for pickup we went to collect it. Oncearriving at the restaurant, we were told that the order was never received. We showed him the tracker on the website and askedhow the website and the restaurant communicate. He told us he didn't know. He then said to order by phone and not to use thewebsite, treating it as if we were at fault and being generally rude when speaking to us. I find it unfortunate that a largechain like Pizza Pizza offer an automated online ordering service but are unable to manage and take care of the system. At thatpoint they may as well remove the online ordering option for this restaurant. Read more
Rude service. I asked if I could adjust my order and they proceeded to lecture and antagonize me even after I said it was fine... if they couldn't. The delivery man was on his phone with his friend while I was trying to pay. First time ordering from thereand the pizza wasn't even good. Read more
