The food itself is good, but for the delivery guy alone I can't give more than one star. Pizza Pizza offers CONTACTLESS... delivery, which means, no contact. The guy stayed there until I came to the door to hand it to me, stating that contactlessdelivery is impossible, even though it is an option. I purposely paid online for this service. I ordered a medium pizza with dip and I never got the dip. One time I placed the order online and went to pick up, had to wait... 20 mins to pick up my order. Very disorganized operations. I don?t your 5$ rebate for the next purchase. I want you to improveyour efficiency . Read more
Apparently that?s how pizza with thin crust and extra pepperoni is supposed to look like???? So eventually they put ham instead... of pepperoni and as you noticed it wasn?t the one with thin crust either + the pizza looks a bit gross. Oh and someone also ATEMY PIZZA so obviously I had to throw it away. I don?t often leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I am not sure if it was anUber driver who ate it but considering the instructions weren?t followed I wouldn?t deny it could be also someone from therestaurant. When I called pizza pizza just to bring to their attention that the instructions weren?t followed (not even thatsomeone ate it cause it might?ve been an Uber issue) they didn?t even care and just told me I have to do it though Uber eats butI told them I already did it and my point was just to let them know that this situation occurred and it might be worth checkingon their staff if they follow the instructions on the orders but unfortunately that didn?t bother them at all. Very very bad delivery service. We even can't trust on delivery guy. Yesterday i ordered pizza with dips and i didn't received a... dip and also he crash the pizza so i told the delivery man that go and get dips for me and even i also paid the bill amount andtip even he didn't come back. i can't believe they make the delivery guy pay for the pizza if it's late? They already don't make much money to begin with.... It's a horrible policy. And when the delivery guy finally got to me he was almost begging that i pay cus he said he already hada hundred to pay back. That just turned my stomach. But yes i took the pizza and tipped him. If the company offers a guaranteethey should be the ones to absorb the cost. Otherwise don't announce it and throw it on everybody else's shoulders cus they''reguarantee backfires.
