Placed an order online. Received a confirmation twice. An hour and a half later I called the restaurant and was told they had... nothing in their system... the person I talked to was rude and refused to take any responsibility. Told me to call the center,called them and was told to replace the order and go pick it up myself to "avoid" delays. Really? For all the money they'reputting on marketing they could spend a little on customer satisfaction... No? Read more
Delicious pizza and excellent service! Ordering online is pretty easy and love the 50% off section, go check it out! My last... delivery was a little late and they offered a 5$ reduction for my next order without even asking! You have to try it! Read more
Although the food is just ok (between 2 and 3 stars), I feel like the cardinal sin of forgetting to put cheese on a pepperoni... and cheese pizza deserves a 1 star review. Otherwise the fries managed to be soggy and taste burnt at the same time, and thegarlic bread was just ok. Would not reccomend. Read more
Over an hour to deliver a pizza 3 blocks away. And the delivery man didn't say a word. Pizza was twice as expensive as dominos,... and not better by any means. Do yourself a favor and get dominos for half the price, and half the waiting time Read more
Overpriced and worst service ever! Placed an order by phone at 22:15 and received a confirmation email for delivery. At 23:08, I... received a second email (same order number) confirming the delivery. This time a text message with the link to track the orderwas also sent. At 23:30, tracking became unavailable, so I called the restaurant. They confirmed, again, that my order would bedelivered. Waited well over 2 hours to get nothing! Never had this happen to me! Oh! And the kicker, I live a 7 minutes car ridefrom the place! Save your money, order somewhere else. There seems to be a history of this behaviour and I doubt it will stop... Read more

I ordered the Chinese fondue pizza and I must say it was excellent. However, I didn?t get my complete order. The 2 star is from... the complete lack of customer service. You can?t get a hold of anyone. I tried calling immediately after delivery and afterbeing on hold for 45 minutes, I gave up and hung up in frustration. I also filled out the form on the internet and nothing.Hopefully this will get resolved or I?ll be turning to my credit card company to get a refund for the missing item. Read more
I ordered a Salvatore poutine twice, the first one I got was great. I ordered it again but they forgot the poutine gravy. They... are very inconsistent. My partner has had multiple issues with them forgetting or making poor quality food. It's hit or miss. Read more
