Serving staff was completely lost. She messed up almost every order, and got mad when we corrected her. The air conditioning... didn't work and we were greeted with the worst attitude ever. There was no indication that the Father's Day menu includedbreakfast only, and not lunch. On top of all that, the waffle maker wasn't working (there goes 25% of the menu). Dishes wereserved with things missing, drinks didn't show up until the meal came.... After an hour of waiting. My whole experience lastedabout an hour and a half and with that scorching heat, was only treated to 3 glasses of cool (at best) water. This is probablythe worst dining experience of ever had, and it was basically just making me eggs and toast. Do yourself a favour, take yourmoney and light it on fire instead of coming here, it's better spent that way. I hope this place closes down, it's probably thebest thing they can offer the general public. I wish I could give a negative score. Read more

Very good service. Owners work in kitchen and head of house. Shows they care. Fruit was some of the freshest and ripest, great... potatoes, eggs were perfectly poached, bacon was generous and think enough to be cooked right. Today they had fresh home-madestrawberry jam. Really delicious. There is a thing on the menu called "cassoulet", I'm going to try next time since it's theirspeciality. Read more

It was very unfortunate, that our reservations were not respected as far as serving of the guests...It took over 30 mins to get... a menu,took an hour before our orders were taken,had to ask for the menus, had to ask to please put coffee in our cups,> I hadordered a fruit platter, unfortunately, that was not on the table, nor were there any plates for the guests to use for thefruit. Very sad to say, two out of 13 guests,never got their food until others were almost done eating....I had brough inpastries to celebrate the birthday event, we were charged $1.50 per person ,why? they did not even have dessert plates out, nordid they ever put them out, and I had to ask for some forks....as well...All in all, it was a very frustrating experience, andmost of my guests were from out of town.this did NOT leave a good impression on BRUNCH IN MONTREAL.....Food was good, butunfortunately the bad service has left a sour taste for my guests.... Hostess was very rude, even though we are returning clients. Reservations for Father's Day at 13h00 for 14 people and tables... only ready at 13h45. Upon sitting we were told we had to be out by 14h30!!!! I had to ask for a coffee 3 times before gettingserved 1/2 a cup!!! Waitress got all the orders mixed up and I did not get what the menu said in my plate!! A 6 egg white omeletwith mushroom and spinach looked more like a 2 egg white omelet with a few mushrooms and 8 leaves of spinach thrown on top!!! Iwill NEVER go back there again and I don't advise anyone to go eat there!!!! 4 people, $75!!!! Total waist of money. Read more
