Not good at all , food sub par flavour has changed. Quality has dropped to a very low level. Doesn?t taste fresh.

The most disappointing General Tao. They put the sauce on the rice instead of the chicken. So I got soggy rice with dry and... flavorless chicken nuggets on top. Also I feel like there was less chicken/ more rice than usual. Read more

They sold me food that was spoiled. I got home and opened my container and something was very off. They prepared my food in... less than 5 minutes which was surprising compared to other locations. They must have used something old (probably the chicken orrice) and sold that to me. I called them to let them know and I was told I could come back. The hassle of having to drive backthere was a pain, but the food was unedible. Once there the counter guy smelled it and told me that is how it's supposed tosmell. I have eaten at other locations many times and was never served anything spoiled. I told them it was rotten and theydidn't hesitate to refund me. I am very turned off by thai express now, and I understand it's the franchise owner, but I do notrecommend that anyone visit this location ever! I am appalled that they served this to anyone. Fast service when I place my order at the counter, they followed my instructions since I'm very picky with the food ????

So we used to love our boxed meals... now not so much. Very expensive and not tasty at all. The chicken is dry. Noodle is... yucky... my bf actually said the only thing he enjoyed from this expensive meal is the 7up we didn't order. We ordered twogingerale and got 7ups. Not very thrilled by this Thai Express delivery. Ordered from Uber Eats and it was quite not tasty. The noodle and rice were... too dry, and a bit tasteless as if it is absorb the sauce. It was still hot, but did not feel fresh We got a free spring rolland it felt like it is made very old oil. It tasted a but odd. We had Fried Rice with chicken and Rice Noodles with Beef. Alsodon't be fooled by the pictures as it looks better than it tastes. Please do a better job next time. Read more
