Don?t know how to make the order and also don?t know the english to take orders from te travellers
Ok, if you don't know what a steeped tea is then there is no need to make fun of the customer. It makes YOU look bad and not... me. As far as I am concerned, steeped tea is on Tim Hortons menu everywhere and I could be wrong, but it's a shame that acouple of employees tried to make fun of me because they didn't know what a steeped tea was which is served by their employer afew kilometers away. The girl on the driveway cash was so badly unprofessional and very rude , gave me a bad attitude with her fingers pointing at me... ,she was laughing in my face , I told clients always come first and she laughed at me ,,, I am a business woman I know the rulesI am willing to contact the owner of her attitude Thanks for understanding this behaviour Read more
horrible staff goofing off not paying attention to clients long lines it took me half an hour to get a coffee on my 15 minute... break at school needs new staff and organized system because it?s not working absolutely horrible service Read more
I mean, what can I say. It's a Tim Horton, not a fancy restaurant. I love the donuts man. They're cheap and taste good.
It took 35 minutes to get a coffee last Sunday afternoon. Despite of 20 people waiting in the line, serving from just one... counter. Same person taking the order and preparing the food/drinks. O would say very disorganized. Read more
During my visit that took forever to get the food the staff messed up with the order twice ,I won't blame the age but the two... girls were more interested on who was sitting on the tables since they were a bunch of boys ...also on the other tablesteenager's were vaping, definitely there is not a manager taking care of the place.. Excellent service, very kind staff. Food and coffee were good. Lots of noise coming from behind the counters which is loudly... audible from the customer's side, however it was busy so I do understand. Read more
