I went there to eat and instead of serving us, a lady employee named Ishita who works there started laughing and talking on our... back in their indian language... Was surprise how fast the drive thru was, now I know. Baconator was cold (I ate it in the parking lot), clearly made in advance... because bread was dried out. That didn't taste like Wendy's. Avoid. Read more
Not one to usually complain, but when your google hours say that you close at 11pm you expect to be able to order at 10:15pm. I... would understand if trying to order 15min before closing, but a whole 45min? This Wendys has to do something better. SinceMcDonalds shut down across the street, things have been rocky at this location. Read more
I'm here right now. Have been wating for more then 20 minutes because I walk inside this place because the system to order on... the drive thru is not working. This person in the picture is taking like 8 to 10 minutes to finish taking an order, everythingseems like slow motion, comparing to other times. Read more
This was my last order via Skip Dish from this Wendy's . Out of the last 5 orders 4 of them were missing items. Trained monkeys... could do a better job. Probably incompetent managers which is the norm for the mediocrity that is Montreal. Read more
Went inside to order ar 7:30. It took 30 minutes to take the order of 5 people. Then they decided to close the cash register... even though it says on the door open until 10:30. Then it took another 30 minutes to get my food. I understand they have srivethru and delivery but it still abysmal service. It would of probably been faster to order thru Uber eats for pickup. I felt bad for the workers, they all had a dead look in their eyes and service was extremely slow. It sucked having to wait... upwards of 25-30min to even make my order, but honestly I kinda understood. It wasn't busy but it was really messy and theemployees just seemed drained. I hope their manager is cool and takes care of them at least, because when I went there it wasjust kinda sad and made me contemplate the horror of working minimum wage like so many of us do Read more
