During Covid lockdown. I tried phoning in my order from the truck parking lot so I wouldn't have to stand in the rain and wind... with the drive-thru cars. They said come stand in drive-thru line with the cars in the wind and rain. C'EST TERRIBLE, at a timewhen we're all trying to stay healthy. I would like the manager to respond back. Back a month later. They still haven'tlearned anything about customer service. Hours on the door say they're open, but the door is locked. Called them, they saidthe door is open and they don't understand. Truckers live on a clock. I don't have time for a even a good product with anabsence of customer service. Was at their door, cash in hand, employees on duty. Was turned away by St Huberts, went and gaveTimmy's my money. I think the Wu-Virus skipped their lungs and went straight to their brain. You don't turn away a customerwith money in hand, unless you somehow made a fortune off the lock-down. Read more

Located inside a truck stop. It was ok. The food at a St-Hubert restaurant is much better. Here you stand in line like at any... fast food shop, order your meal and get it called by number. We ordered the same thing as what we had in a restaurant and itjust wasnt the same. It was good... But it could of been better. Read more
