Ordered an icecap with leaking cup, went back to ask for a new one. The staff simply just give me a new plastic cup and says:... ?are you ok now??. I told them to give me a new one since the old one is melted while waiting for them, the girl went back toput the old one in a new cup and give it back to me. Train your ride staff, at least not to be rude. This is the worst Tims youcould ever visit. Read more

I walked in I ordered my steep tea . And when I received my 50 I asked the mom it?s not warm enough can you please change it or... redo it the guy just put my coffee in microwave and said this is warm enough I said that?s not how you guys work if the coffeeis not warm or you guys we make it that?s OK more than words and the guy refused to my face and these people never read in mycoffee and called and asked me to shut up and leave and I got a video recordings for days off their behaviour I?m not the firstperson they were Cooper some before me they had a same complaint and a complaint not was fulfilled please whoever is in chargethat whosoever is taking care of the state more than they need to teach them some manners and some management skills dad doesn?tknow how to Read more

This ship is sailing without a captain! The crew is doing their best, but they are spread between drive thru and in house... customers, and they are tasked with making way too many different things.
