We went with our kids and 2 other families. The kids menu ribs plate was pretty good and reasonably priced. I had a burger and... the patty was super thick and hard like a hockey puck. I hate to say this but the quality is not as good as it used to be. I used to come here about 5 years ago and I would always get... the butterfly shrimp. Tonight I got them and only 2 of the shrimps were actually butterfield and they were not breaded as theyused to be. I got the chicken wings and they were so dry and did not even come with the usual BBQ sauce. My boyfriend got thewings and I must say they were good, that is why I gave a 3 star. It was a nice place, very quint Nd cozy. The service was very professional without being stuffy. A great place to bring the kids... and have some good barbecue. I would have liked some portions to be bigger, while at the same time some were too generous. Ifyou are going as a couple, try one sampler meal and just take a main course on the side, will be plenty. I would like to see afew more calimars. They have a great selection of craft beer if you are into that. Deserts are not house made, I think this isvery important. I would have liked to see some authentic cornbread. Just a nice place. Went there last week for the first time & food was tasty. Liked my main course.
We were looking for great tasting baby back ribs and this place did not disappoint. Their take on it was very flavourful and... tender. It comes with sweet potato fries which is also great (ask for the spicy mayo dip). Don't forget to order the frenchonion soup too - it was delicious too!
