Service was extremely slow to be honest. Like 1 order every 3-4 minutes which is sleeping in McDonald's world.

The restaurant has a very modern swanky look. We nearly missed it. It?s clean. There?s a combination lock on the washroom and... it?s clean. The staff are friendly. We only ordered ice cream and coffee. I found ice cream in other locations are a bit icyrecently. The ice cream in this location is perfect. The ice coffee is not super sweet. We like it. Read more

- people wait at the empty cash register to order while employees chat in the back - extremely slow and nonchalant staff... (however, all are very friendly) - every single one of the 4 ordered burgers had yellow mustard on top of them (not even insidethe sandwich but physically smeared all over the top bun) - no ice in drink machine - empty napkin holders (physically nonapkins other than at the cash) - trash cans full and spilling? I know quality can differ from one location to another. But this McDonald?s must be a new low point. I asked them for less... sauce in my sandwich and more pickles?nope, the same amount of sauce, two pickles on one side of the sandwich. Okay, errors canhappen fine? but the whole assembly was mediocre at best. Poutine barely had any sauce or cheese, and the fries were extremelydry. Additionally, management should look at what employees do while working. When we ate at the location, we saw an employeein the kitchen take out her phone and didn?t even realize that a line of customers had started to form. A client had to botherthe employee to get served. I wouldn?t call that very sanitary either. So bad experience.. this is the worst McD?s I have ever been over the world . My friend ordered a double Big Mac but only came... with the regular one. I ordered a hot cake meal. No knife no butter no syrup is provided. Our drinks with not fully filled. (hot chocolate and pineapple drink as well) I will never come back . Read more
