Supposed to be a Carbonara?? ? No small pancetta cubes, but pepperoni slices? lol. Wonderful dinner! Love the atmosphere and service was impeccable. Excellent wine list. My plate, the Penne chèvre, merguez... was what I think is the best pasta plate I have ever had!! You can not go to St-Sauveur and overlook this place. Reservebecause they are busy!! Read more
Ambiance is lovely friendly service food was excellent. I would say I would definitely come back to that place . The decor... doesn't match you've got the tiki Hawaii theme outside inside it's all rustic wood with animal scales western style and the nameMaestro it doesn't mesh well but other then that great place to unwind after a long day in the mountains. We had a great experience here as a couple although I think this restaurant is better suited for larger groups. If I could give... this place a 4.5 I would. The dishes were very good and the drink menu was extensive, but I felt like there was maybe anattention to detail missing to truly deserve 5 stars. The wait staff was very warm and welcoming and catered to our needs.Overall a great experience! Read more
