Went for souper with my fiance after a very emotively challenging day. We scouted several St-sauveur's restaurant before... entering this place. We were surely underdress for the place but the server made us feel welcome. Next time, I'll be wearingsomething more appropriate. The service was over expactation and the food was so good. Every part of the plate had incrediblefaste. The meat had been prepared in a way that it tasted like wild meet cooked over a wood fire. It also had been cookedprecisely at the right stage. In other words, this place was incedible. Be parepared to not be cheap on top. Worth every penny. Read more

I have been eating at La Boheme since I was 14, 24 years ago! I go every Sunday. The place has changed hands since the... pandemic. The previous owner took great care of his restaurant's reputation. The new owner is a beautiful woman that both runsthe restaurant and spends most days in the kitchen. While the menu has changed a little. The quality of the food has notchanged. All the changes have been improved in my opinion. Everything on the menu is excellent. Truly. The desserts areextremely delicious. Coming from someone that doesn't eat sweet foods. The chef makes an amazing brown butter caramel sauce thatalmost steals the spotlight of the main dessert. Highly recommend this wonderful rustic little restaurant in St Sauveur. It'svery affordable and worth every penny. Read more

Excellent restaurant in St Saveur. Fast service, tasty food. Only down side was that I asked for a whiskey sour that just tasted... like whiskey with lemon and they charged me 12$. Read more

We had a lovely dinner here. We were looking for something besides pizza and bar food (plenty in the area) and this was a nice... find. Service was friendly. Food took awhile to come out, looked like they were understaffed. We really enjoyed the apps, theseafood soup was great. Duck confit was delicious. The walleye was underseasoned but it was cooked well otherwise, liked thecrispy skin. Read more

We are visiting from Toronto. Not the first time in Saint Sauveur. We used to come to this restaurant for many years and enjoy... amazing tastes. Glad too to see that nothing has changed except the owner. It was nice talking to you, Lili. See you on our nexttrip. Great job. Sergio and Tatiana Read more

My friend and I discovered this place in the cute little St-Sauveur village. I was attracted by the hot onion soup on the menu,... the perfect way to warm up after a day of skiing. Be careful, the driveways near the restaurant lead up to private property. There's free public parking in designated lots down the street. The menu is mostly meat based, their specialty. All main dishescome with the soup of the day, the chef's salad or escargots (the latter for a $2 supplement). According to the waitress, thebest seller is the veal liver with raspberry sauce. I ordered the duck and my friend the "little" steak. Our soup of the day wasa perfectly seasoned cream of vegetable. My duck was cooked to perfection (rosé), which is rare because duck tends to beovercooked and dry. The mixed berry sauce was exactly what was needed to prevent the dish from becoming too heavy. It wasn'toverly sour or sweet either. The accompanying vegetables and mash potato were equally delicious. I can't speak for my friend, but she was very impressed with the perfect medium rare on her steak. I prefer flexible menus, which is why this rating is justshy from a perfect score. I really wanted the hot onion soup, but I wasn't hungry enough to order an additional appetizer. Ialso didn't like having to repeatedly ask for water. Don't get me wrong, the wait staff were most lovely, but they were focusedon wine and beer orders. I definitely recommend this place for small groups, couples, and picky friends ???? Read more
