The staff are really nice and friendly and attentive to what you want.
This is pretty much the only healthy spot in Saint-Sauveur so it is definitely awesome. Their pastries are so tasty, the carrot... cake has got to be the best. Prices can get a little high but that's normal for a place like this. I enjoy their varieties ofsmoothies and salads.
