SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Drive through took at least 45 minutes, and the person taking the orders was the rudest service worker... I?ve ever encountered. Tons of attitude and back-talk about a simple order and I was told ?I?m just ordering for you cuz youdon?t know what you?re doing?. Also raised their voice saying I was taking too long. (Ordered in about 45 seconds). Whilewaiting at the window, I observed the staff yelling at multiple customers over the drive through speaker. Terrible terrible. Very immature staff, poor attitude towards customers, inappropriate comments over the speaker system...I could go on further.... Who ever is hiring these people needs to be fired! If providing service to the public isn't for you, do not take it out on thepublic you serve. Highly recommend any person(s) within Franklin County to not bother with this restaurant. They spent all thatmoney on fixing the place when they could have spent it on better staffing. Read more
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. we were the only ones in the drive thru and there?s no response for a good 5 minutes. then we get terrible... attitude from some woman saying it?s a 15 minute wait (for 2 tacos?). the inside is absolutely disgusting and the workers are sounsanitary and RUDE. calling customers names because they don?t wanna do their job?. insane. i can?t believe heath inspectorshaven?t shut this place down????every time i look or go inside i want to gag. please do us a favor and turn the taco bell into agas station or something Read more
By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.The wait to take a drive thru order was 30 minutes,and the girl taking my order... was extremely rude and immature. After 45 minutes I paid for my food and was asked to park and wait. As the other cars parkingand waiting lined up,I realized it had been another 20 minutes. I called inside and asked for someone to just bring me my foodor refund,and I was yelled at by the same girl who took my order. Ten minutes later the same girl came out with my refundwithout receipt. This after months of trying to get taco bell from this place with an excuse of no tacos and the same excuse ofKFC being the same restaurant and it being too hard. This is without question the worst restaurant in all of Franklin County. The staff is immature, unprofessional and... irresponsible, and the restaurant and kitchen are filthy. I fear for the safety of the food itself, let alone the horrificservice. On top of all that they didn't even get my order right which shows they couldn't even pay attention to what they'redoing. OSHA and the Health Department would have a field day here. The owners should be fined. You're better off eating grassfrom the parking lot than anything from this establishment. Read more
They do not warm the shells like they?re supposed to. Warming the shells removes the preservative taste that is present on the... shells when cold. Unclean kitchen, I?m not talking dirty from a rush and they haven?t had a chance to clean I?m talking weirdstains and dirty worn equipment. Unmeasured portions. Shells taste soapy/chemically and or stale. Unorganized and unprepared fora rush with more than four cars as they only have the drive thru open. They have more than enough staff to run a drive thruflawlessly let alone the store but their lobby?s closed and they put all their staff attention on the drive-through so it shouldbe running fine but it fails to do even that. After waiting several minutes for someone to take my order they started with " it's gonna be at least 20 minutes for taco bell... orders" cause this place also serves KFC. I agreed and ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes. The tacos were soft and rancid tastingand there was a blue cheese aftertaste in my mouth after my first bite. I don't recall blue cheese being part of a taco supreme.The health department should investigate this place...I'm surprised I didn't end up in the hospital. Read more
I love taco bell but when they give me the wrong order 3 times in a row its a little sad especially when you have all those... workers in there and none of em could get my order right. Also making fun of your customers who are in the drive through seeingyou smile and laugh about how they paid for their meal is pathetic. Read more
