The fries ???? are over cooked the bacon on the my wife's sandwich and mine was over cooked my wife's bacon was also burned

Service was fast, and the food was fresh. I only ordered a large order of fries from here today but my order was taken right... away and my fries were put in the frier right after I ordered. The employees were friendly and I was quickly in and out. I'veeaten at this Penn Station many times when I lived in St. Albans and the food was always good. Definitely recommend them. Read more

Very good steak sub! 5***"* but if you want to dine in they give sub in a sack very hard to eat in they give no plate to eat in... with just all you sub fries on 1 sack best of luck eating in. Tom Read more

The first time I went to the Saint Albans location, they incorrectly made my sub. The second time I went, they rang up my food... under someone else's ticket. It took someone different to get into the register and she gave me back the correct bills, thenshe shut the register and walked away. I didn't have the correct coins. Had to wait again for the correct change. Sheeventually came back and gave me my change. When I got my sub it was the wrong sub. Different person made the sub from thefirst time I went there. The sub itself, when correct, was delicious. It's too much time and effort to get it right. I willdrive to Charleston before I go back to St. Albans. I have now been in this location three times. Every single time my foodwas wrong. Every. Single. Time. The joint was empty and every table was filthy. I had to clean my own table. The employeeshad time to talk, though. Next visit. 6/17/22. Place is empty. Employees in the back talking - fan over grill is off. Iorder and go to find a seat and the tables are FILTHY! This Penn Station location has been hit or miss for the longest (mostly miss), but I visited last week and it was like a... complete turnaround. Everyone was so pleasant and courteous. They even bid me a farewell when I left. Most people may think thatsomething like that doesn't mean anything, but they way customer service is these days, that will always mean something to me.Oh and did I mention the food? Never get a bad meal here & the staff is friendly. I had the steak & cheese and my husband had the chicken cordon bleu sub. We... both had a chocolate chip cookie--although I had to eat mine later because I was so full. The french fries are amazing, too,especially with a little malt vinegar. Highly recommend! Read more
