Everytime I go to this location they always have some issue going on. My sandwich was so dry even though I've asked for extra... mayo there wasn't a single drop on it and it was marked on the receipt too. Good luck when visiting that the person in grillknows what they are doing. Read more
You flip a coin with this location every time you visit. They are either the definition of fast food and you're in and out with... your food in 5 minutes - OR you spend you entire lunch break just waiting for your food to be made. That being said.. the foodis always hot at least. Or burnt. Read more
Google says they close at 12am. We pulled to the window at 11pm to ask or a medium fry and the woman in the intercom stated they... we closed. We asked if they could atlease make a fry since there was still 3 cars in the line in front of us and the woman said"no, sorry we're closed". I'd suggest either changing the hours on Google or speak to your employees about staying open asexpected. We won't be back. Read more
I have been going to this burger king since I was a kid and took my own kids here and still go here . Always nice people and... they all make me laugh always so kind . This is the very first Burger King that has met or exceeded my expectations! We have been to this place once a week for the last... 5 weeks and each time the staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious! Well done! Read more
If I could give it a zero rating I would. I come to thisnlocation bc there was no one there. Me and my boyfriend go to order ... and the old was super nice. We get to the window and our food by the time. We get home im eating and I look down ..... Iwanted to puke so badly. Wroset 21 dollars I have ever spent. There were TWO strands of HAIR in my food. Its not mine bc itmy hair is blonde. But this is sooooooo nasty. I'm scared what the other sandwiches are going to be like. Here is proof I'vetried to call them ans no answer. Thank you to David (manager) for going above and beyond in correcting my order. Staff seemed new, and learning the job. Coming... from fast food, I understand that everyone makes mistakes sometimes, especially in the beginning. Despite that, the staff I sawboth visits were very friendly. Smiles and eager to help me. I more appreciate a friendly atmosphere over occasional andunderstandable mistakes in an order. I wish the new crew at this location good luck, and I look forward to seeing them again inthe future.
