I went and ordered a simple chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese through my JITB app. I waited patiently as other customers were... ahead of me. I soon noticed that as one customer walked out before being given his food that something behind the counter wasn'trunning very smoothly. The manager was raising her voice and basically berating her staff members for unknown reasons but Istill found her attutude especially in front of pending customers very unprofessional. Then when she asked me directly what Ihad been waiting for, I held up my cellphone and just said "mobile order". She replied, cheese in that and I said yes; Swisscheese to be exact. Within a minute or two I was given my sandwich in a bag that had no napkins in it but I dismissed thatmistake. When I was able to sit down back at my jobsite and bit into my sandwich not only did I find no cheese whatsoever butthe underside of the top gun was burnt. I called the restuarant but no answer so I had to leave a message. Drove back throughat about 3:30 thru the drive-thru and could not see a single employee anywhere in the store or even attending to the drive- thruspeaker machine. I found the store information number and left message on their answering machine but I doubt if I'll get anysatisfaction from the store operators or owners any time soon. Read more
I see this location closing down soon. Just go to the one down the Rock Road in Bridgeton. Because this location is never open... past 7:00PM. They close sporadically even in the daytime. The inside is never open. They are always saying they are shortstaffed even though the neighboring restaurants are staffed up. I honestly think they are lying and lazy. I know they are losinglots of money. I try to be patient but the service when they are open is super slow and my food is always cold. Read more
Do not go here. Came in the morning at around 7:45. My husband asked if a breakfast sandwich came with ham on it, and she told... us ?isn?t there a photo out there?? My husband said yes but he couldn?t tell, she then rudely listed out the ingredients. Myhusband is we offended and started sounding upset, and she told us she doesn?t have to take out order. I understand that theyare probably understaffed and that working with the public is awful, but I have never seen someone so rude. Not worth it Read more
This place is rarely open, and when it is they tell you they're out of whatever they have. Tried to order tacos there today and... was told "we don't have tacos." Take a look at other reviews and you'll see this has been going on for months. Each review hassome canned response about how they're going to "look into it" or "investigate further." They must be doing quite theinvestigation because this place continues to employ people who clearly don't care. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhereelse. Read more
I don?t know what happened to this place. It used to be ok, now its terrible service. I pulled up to order and no one ever said... can I help you. Sat there for 3 mins before I had to say hello. Then 2 min later they finally said something. When I pulled upto the window I asked for sauces. They didn?t put them in the bag, so I asked for them again and the guy rolled his eyes at me.Most of the time they aren?t even open. I understand staffing issues but the staff they do have are horrible. I would highlyrecommend going to any of the other fast food places around them. Canes has great employees and service, so does panda, Freddy?sand Popeyes. The tacos I ordered didn?t look fully cooked and the egg roll was burned. The food wasn?t an issue for me, surprisingly because the last several visits (more than 4 or 5) to Jack in the Box have been... awful!!! I only stopped for a snack. I got tacos and they were great this time. I?m glad that I was able to get them at allbecause I?ve tried (unsuccessfully) on other occasions but wasn?t so fortunate. Everything from fryers not being ready to havingno lettuce for the tacos. On this particular visit there was something else that concerns me but I?d like very much to speak toa member of management and/or perhaps someone in corporate before I get too far ahead of myself. I will just say that if youhappen to go to this location you may want to consider paying via the mobile app if possible. Read more
Hours are displayed on their doors, windows, website, and google that they are open 24hrs. They even have a light up ?open? sign... that will be on but don?t believe it! Once you wait in the drive thru line for a while they will inform you they are ?only doingdoordash orders? sometimes they decide to do this after 9pm, sometimes 10pm, really whenever they feel like being lazy.
