I hate giving negative reviews but I am FED UP with this location. Stop quoting delivery times if you are just going to do... whatever. I'm tired of waiting over an hour, watching my "pizza tracker" sitting on "preparing" only to call and find out thatit still hasn't even been put in the oven. I tip well, I don't even complain when it's wrong, missing the garlic sauce etc. Butwaiting 3 hours for a pizza is unbelievable. Just close if you can't do that. Read more
The Manger refused to give his name the cashier walked away from the front very disrespectful. I didn?t have a sealed sticker that they require to have! I called up there got hung up on then called back and told them it... wasn?t sealed they apologized and that was that they didn?t try to fix anything I?m not one to complain I love papa johns Iorder all the time at least twice a week and the lady sounded snobby! I order 2 large papperoni pizza and waited and waited for delivery and my son looked out the window and notice the pizza was... left on the floor by the door. The delivery driver/ person NEVER KNOCK ON MY DOOR the pizza was super cold and did not lookfresh. I was feet away from that front door waiting for the delivery guy to knock on the door!!!!!!! I called the store tocomplain and the woman who answer the call said what did I want her to do as the driver was from Doordash . I did not orderfrom them, did not made that selection. My order was place on Papa Johns' websit so the store should have taking action andmake it right. Next time I will take my business elsewhere!!!!!! Read more
