So I came in and wanted to purchase a chicken Caesar . To my surprise the total was 16$ , I was confused like wait it?s just me... so sharonda the best store owner in St. Louis went out of her way to help me get a better price . Her and her crew was sohelpful it blew me away . The store is clean and the energy is welcoming . I highly recommend to come to this location. My foodwas good and fresh .Make sure you come in with a great attitude before you come in .. I would describe my experience as satisfied. The service was pleasant and timely. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and added... lettuce and tomato. The sandwich has a unique flavor, the bread is delicious and it's served at a great temperature. So sorry Ican not say the same about the fries. I'm sure that when their oil is clean the fries are delicious, because they look so goodon other reviews. Unfortunately my fries were crummy, oily and soggy :( Because the sandwich was so good I will definitely goback, and will give the fries another chance but I will make sure to check my order before I walk out to avoid crummy soggyfries ???? So I noticed I had a review on here from 2 years ago that had three stars for this location. I have not been to a Penn station... since, so out of a spur of the moment decided to go here, and I'll wrap up this summary to be as short as possible and just saythat it is very clear that the level of service and attentiveness of the employees has drastically deteriorated even further,which is very sad. The lack of customer service skills, attention to detail, and overall attentiveness leaves a lot to bedesired. Fortunately last time I've been to one was 2 years ago, I think I can go even way further without going to another oneagain to be honest.
