So I came in and wanted to purchase a chicken Caesar . To my surprise the total was 16$ , I was confused like wait it?s just me... so sharonda the best store owner in St. Louis went out of her way to help me get a better price . Her and her crew was sohelpful it blew me away . The store is clean and the energy is welcoming . I highly recommend to come to this location. I would describe my experience as satisfied. The service was pleasant and timely. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and added... lettuce and tomato. The sandwich has a unique flavor, the bread is delicious and it's served at a great temperature. So sorry Ican not say the same about the fries. I'm sure that when their oil is clean the fries are delicious, because they look so goodon other reviews. So I noticed I had a review on here from 2 years ago that had three stars for this location. I have not been to a Penn station... since, so out of a spur of the moment decided to go here, and I'll wrap up this summary to be as short as possible and just saythat it is very clear that the level of service and attentiveness of the employees has drastically deteriorated even further,which is very sad. The lack of customer service skills, attention to detail, and overall attentiveness leaves a lot to bedesired. Fortunately last time I've been to one was 2 years ago, I think I can go even way further without going to another oneagain to be honest. This was my first visit. It was not the best experience. My order was taken a few minutes after arriving. I placed my order and... took a seat. Two parties walked in after me and received their food before me. I checked in the progress and was told it wouldbe ready in a few minutes. I finally received my order and discovered that I received a second sandwich instead of an order ofcheese bread. I?m not surprised that this error was made given the fact that one of the parties that entered after me receivedan incorrect item. Please do better! Read more

I called in an order so it would be ready when I got to the store. They told me 10-15 minutes and it would be ready, I get to... the store at the 10 minute mark and they haven?t even started cooking my order yet. The young man making my food was very deepinto an conversation it seemed to start my order when I called. If I wanted to wait for my food I would have simply walked inand placed my order, not called ahead so it would have been ready or almost ready when I got to the store to pick it up.
