Ordered Thanksgiving feast dinner. Line to pick up food moved fast and everyone was friendly and showed you what the dinner... consisted of when box arrived to my vehicle. Came with easy instructions to finish the meal. All ready in under 2 hours. Onedownside of the almost $200 I spent, macaroni and cheese was expired by a week. Noodles over cooked and just looked like a mess.I?ll continue to visit Cracker Barrel and order these meals but will definitely make sure everything is fresh before I take off.Was really looking forward the Mac and cheese though. ???? service was excellent. We had a party of 4 and 1 of the dinners was going to take longer to prepare (fried chicken).i was so... impressed that the cook came out and let us know also the manager Mr. Joe came over and offered appetizers for my husband sincehis order would not be out with ours. He ordered the fried pickles and they were delicious. Our waitress Melissa keep our drinksfilled but what Really IMPRESSED ME WAS Melissa was so patience with taking my fathers order who is hearing impaired and is 87yrs old. THANK YOU MELISSA. NOW lets talk about the food. Mom had the fried fish, Dad the meatloaf. The portion size was morethen enough for us all to take home. I had this hidden gem that was so good. It was the grilled chicken wth bacon, cheese andhoney glazed. O my it was good. I must if I could give this Cracker Barrels 5?'s plus 10 more. Read more

First, let me say that the food and service were both great. I always enjoy this store, and this last visit both were... good. What concerns me is Cracker Barrel's inclusion of alcohol. This is my first visit since they started serving it, and forthat reason. Prior, my wife and I would dine at Cracker Barrel at least once a month, usually more. Since their offeringalcohol, it discouraged us from dining there. For Mother's Day, we decided to eat there. Like I said the food and the servicewere great. I was very put out by the presence of the alcohol. It wasn't merely offered, I felt it was thrown in my face. There was a sign hanging by the hostess stand advertising it; the hostess had to go through all the alcohol offerings before sheseated us; the waitress suggested it, and as can be seen from the front page of the menu, it was highly pushed. There was alsoa card on the table that advertised it. It just seemed like they were all about the alcohol, and I'm not all about that. Honestly, I can't say that I won't be back, but it will definitely influence my choice. It also seems to be affecting theirbusiness. Last Mother's Day, we dined with Cracker Barrel and had to wait almost 2 hours for a table for lunch. This year, itwas less than 10 minutes. And, funny enough, out of all the tables I saw that day, only one had alcohol. Cracker Barrel, Ithink you need to forget this foolishness and get back to what made you: good country cooking and family values. If it's notalready, it will hurt your business. It's already hurt your image. People think of you differently. And, I did reach out toCracker Barrel corporate. I received a form letter back. It looks like the company is headed in a bad direction. Perfect place for breakfast. The early crowd is loads of single men all eating alone. All facing the same direction! Kind of... comical! As time went on more families and couples arrived. The food is good old reliable. You can always count on Crackerbarrel, right? Tricky to get to, set way back. Our waitress Brandy was enchanting and delightful. Wanted to be best friends! Shemade all the difference. Read more

The server was sweet but not very good. After placing an order and confirming what is on the food, it was brought out without... the same. There was a long time before the server checked on us again. She was very nice but I doubt we will return. Read more

I had the maple bacon chicken tenders & it was a very nice meal. Next time I'll try the grill chicken with bacon strips. The... little country store is also neat. Lots of fun things to see! Read more

By now everyone has probably been to a Cracker Barrel, but if you haven?t, they specialize in southern comfort food and... breakfast. Just about everything on the menu is good, with fair prices. For breakfast I highly recommend Uncle Hershel?sbreakfast, and for lunch/dinner I recommend the Sunday Chicken, but really you can?t go wrong. Service at this location isalways good and the staff is friendly. If you go here on a weekend, depending on the time be prepared for a long wait, it canget fairly busy. However, you can browse around the country store/gift shop while you wait :) Read more
