went there for routine oil change, since I was waiting I went to new car sales. Spoke to Steve, a manager, we put together some... #, then Aaron the financial manager told me I could trade in my CX5 Turbo 2021, for a new CX5 2023, saved me over $100/month, got a new CX5 , didn't have to pay for oil change. NOW, that's what I call a Great Deal. There are 3 Mazda dealership in Jaxarea. I would only go to Mazda City of Orange Park. Great people, sales and service. Awesome car. What more can I say. I'm new to Tropical Smoothie but now I'm addicted to their great flatbread sandwiches and delicious Smoothies. I've tried 3... different Smoothies so far and I would purchase again. Lots more to try before I pick a favorite. Read more

I walk in and employees are complaining about not being able to go on break kind of discouraging to hear, it also mean to me... that the quality of the product is sacrificed because the employees is just focused on break. Recommend training your managerbetter. My assumption was correct i ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap that was swimming in Buffalo sauce. You can tell thefranchise owners are not involved in the place. On May 6th, I used the app to order food. I was in a place where I didn?t get great service and when I pressed to pay, it said... this location St.Augustine, which is wrong because I live about 45-50 minutes away. I called immediately and I asked them for arefund. They told me that their manager is the only one that can do it and to call on a certain day to talk to the manager. Ihave called AT LEAST 10 times and it?s been OVER a month and I still have not received my refund. The last time I called themanager said that there was a ?check mark? on my receipt and i should receive my refund in a week or so.. it?s been almost threeweeks. order the Thai chicken wrap and it wasn't until after I ordered it paid for it did they let me in another customer who ordered... the same sandwich know that there was no Thai peanut sauce and so the sandwich was very dry. I also ordered the kale slaw whichthey didn't tell me until after my sandwich was made and I ordered it that they were out of that as well. I seen on the cake ittook them about 15 to 20 minutes to make this dry chicken sandwich Read more

It's pretty hit or miss at this location as far as customer service goes. The good ones don't stay long. I get some pretty rude... employees many times to where it's just frustrating. As most other reviews say, the curbside pickup just sucks. I ordered acurbside pickup, after waiting awhile and no one coming out with my order (even though it was marked 'complete) I figured theywere busy and walked inside. I saw my order sitting on the counter so I asked to grab it, the employee looked at me annoyed thenignored me. Then after a few minutes asked another employee to come over and hand me my order. She never acknowledged me, orsaid a word to me, which I though was pretty darn rude considering I had my order pulled up on my phone and was just trying tohelp out and get my order. Food was prepared incorrectly, sides not included and had to go inside because never brought the food out for curbside. I called... back to report the poor food quality and got a cookie cuter response without a sorry. This was the first time with this poorservice and quality so I'm hoping they were just having a bad day. Read more

Waited patiently in the curbside pickup line for over 30 minutes without seeing a single employee. Walked in (after the car in... front of us did the same) and found two employees leisurely in conversation in the kitchen; to go orders stacking up on thecounter. Our smoothies were sitting pretty much that entire 30 minute time while they carried on their conversation withoutonce checking the curbside line. I'll be going somewhere else next time. Read more
