Team behind counter should do the job better.Bathrooms were discussing. I would not eat inside the dining room. The coke machine... would not dispense coke. If the team was paying attention to the Dining area and bathrooms it would be a good start. Speak to acustomer, don't yell at them. Would make a better experience. Great food but service was the worst I have ever experienced!
Ordered 2 singles and as they were making them I realized they would have cheese and I didn't want cheese, asked the woman... making if it was too late not to make with cheese. She said she would take care of it. And she did it with a friendly smile.Good customer service. Read more
I have been to this Wendy's the last couple of nights. The first night I got to the drive thru at 8:53 and there were 3 cars... ahead of me. The first car completed his order and pulled up to the window. It was now 8:56 and the next 2 cars pulled up toOrder and then left. I pulled up at 8:57 and was politely told they were closed. Ok fine. The next night I got in line at 8:43and there were 5 cars ahead of me. I finally got to the order window at 9:00pm and was told they were closed again. This time Iargued that I was the only person in line and how long I had waited but to no avail. I will never wait again at this Wendy's. Read more
There was only one car in front of me in the drive thru, but it took over five minutes to place my order. I realized that there... was only one person working the window and preparing the order. I looked through the window and saw the guy preparing my foodwithout using gloves! This is the same person who had just handled money. I threw the food in the trash. I understand thatfinding quality employees has become difficult, but until this location can hire more staff, this location should be closed. Read more
Wendy's is a restaurant that does lettuce wraps in place of the bun for low carb eaters. This location was clean but smelled... like urine as you entered the restaurant though. The men's room was clean though. Read more
