ordered at drive through. Ordered and paid for double cheeseburger and it came with no cheese. Wife ordered a meatball sub and... received an italian beef. She took it back and got the meatball sub with mozarella but they didn't bother to melt it. Read more
The food is usually delicious, except over the past year or so my orders have been missing or have a lack of something. ... Examples include asking for mozzarella cheese and receiving a small pinch full whereas peppers was loaded up, or no toppings atall, not fulfilling the ?baptized? in juices - small things really. Buona is pretty fire and I?m glad they ended up putting on at this location. We usually like getting the salads here with extra... Italian beef on top. The presentation when you pull it out of the bag too is just mouthwatering too. Looks so fire. I also felta little frisky the other night and ordered their Chicago style dog for some reason. I believe this is the only Buona I've been to and multiple times at that. Portion-wise, the bowls leave a little bit to be... desired, but the Italian beef sammiches are the best...drenched in juice, with hot peppers and extra cheese on top...Muy bueno! One time they even gave us a free slice of rainbow ice cream cake due to a delay in handing out our food. Read more
